This innovative solution replaces traditional paper-based implant cards and provides a secure and convenient way to manage and access important patient information. Our system provides readily accessible records for patients via their own Patient Portal. Regardless of the Clinic or prescriber, patients with a myCosmediCard login have records of all treatments entered in the system. Patients will receive an email with a Digital Implant card attachment.

From automated emails to SMS and hardcopy options your patients will always have easy access. Automated emails are standard and our SMS feature is an upgrade option. All emails and SMS will provide login information to get their account setup, once setup all records that have been assigned to this customer from any Clinic will appear in the patient’s portal. Clinics can easily add and view their patient implant card entries at any time, this is kept as a record in the Clinic Portal. These Implant cards provide all the necessary information about the administered product’s manufacturer and administering clinic details for each dermal filler, anti-wrinkle and hyalase treatment.
